Build conversational AI in Montreal using Python, LLMs, and machine learning for phone and SMS interactions. Work on-site with product and platform teams.As a Senior Machine Learning Developer, you will take machine learning and LLM features from prototype through production. You will build systems understanding customer needs and taking action. Your work includes agent tooling, evaluation, serving, and observability infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:
Build conversational AI systems for customer interactionsDevelop memory, knowledge graph, and customization toolingTrain and deploy models with Ray Serve and DagsterCreate evaluations, simulations, and regression checksMonitor and maintain production models and agentsRequirements:
At least six years of software or machine learning engineering experienceProduction experience shipping ML or LLM systemsStrong Python skills and software engineering fundamentalsExperience with model training, deployment, or LLM developmentFamiliarity with evaluation, serving, monitoring, or ML platformsBring senior Python, LLM, and machine learning experience to production conversational AI systems in Montreal.
