Conversational Ai Product Owner
Enercare Inc.
Shape Enercare’s Conversational AI strategy in Markham, Ontario, using product ownership and analytics to improve customer-facing AI experiences.As Digital Product Owner, Conversational AI, you will own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and performance with the Director, Digital Customer Experience. You will translate customer, business, and operational problems into outcomes, requirements, and acceptance criteria. The role connects AI conversations, feedback, KPIs, and business targets to continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the Conversational AI vision, roadmap, objectives, and backlogTranslate problems into product outcomes and acceptance criteriaPrioritize trade-offs across value, risk, impact, and effortAnalyze conversations, feedback, transfers, containment, conversion, and failuresCommunicate performance, priorities, risks, and decisions clearlyRequirements:
Three to five-plus years in product ownership or managementBachelor’s degree in a related technical, business, or analytics fieldStrong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skillsExperience working in Agile environments;
Scrum requiredConversational AI, APIs, integrations, and responsible AI knowledge is an assetBring product strategy, conversational AI knowledge, and analytical decision-making to Enercare’s customer experience products in Markham.
