What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance
• Partner directly with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and talent strategies
• Screen, interview, short-list, and select top talent for a variety of business functions
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process
• Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies that support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Collaborate with sourcing teams, HR professionals, and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional hiring experience
• Support high-volume recruitment initiatives while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recruitment best practices
• Build strong relationships across the business and act as a talent acquisition subject matter expert

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience managing requisitions and partnering directly with hiring managers
• Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors, Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, or similar platforms
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
• Strong communication, consultation, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
