Experienced Real Estate Admin Assistant

Job Responsibility:
Are you an organizational wizard passionate about real estate? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making a difference? If you have previous LOCAL BC experience working as a licensed or unlicensed real estate agent or admin assistant , we'd love to hear from you!
The following are a prerequisite:
- 2+ years of local real estate experience in British Columbia - An excellent communicator, both written and verbally.- Comfortable scheduling appointments and answering emails and phone calls.- Highly organised in a paperless office environment with excellent time management skills.- Highly detail-oriented.- Able to focus in a high-intensity environment.- Willing to run errands and comfortable performing other administrative, clerical, personal activities as needed, to maximise company efficiency.- An owner of a reliable vehicle with a valid BC drivers' license. - The ability to prioritize, multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency
The following skills and experience are considered an asset:
- a current or previous member of the Real Estate Board
- proficient at Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Paragon, MyRealPage, WordPress, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Canva
- an avid user of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, Tiktok, LinkedIn
- skilled at creating print-ready marketing materials
- experienced at event planning and coordination
- skilled in the online world including updating marketing websites
- experience with Ai, Python and related platforms
