- Identify new business through outreach and referrals
- Conduct discovery calls to assess shipping needs
- Qualify prospects based on commercial fit
- Present Chit Chats services tailored to clients
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM
- 2-5+ years of sales experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and presentations
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple prospects
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with problem-solving skills
