Scale and Purchasing Clerk

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in  our Laval site  (Quebec).  As a  Scale and Purchasing Clerk you will be responsible for tracking material receipts and shipments. You will weigh materials produce weigh tickets and respond appropriately to customers.

What youre responsible for: 

• Greet customers and provide courteous service upon arrival.
• Weigh trucks and enter information into the system.
• Prepare delivery slips and shipping documents in the software.
• Answer phone calls and redirect requests as needed.
• Track material shipments and produce required reports.
• Perform general office tasks (opening customer accounts filing billing etc.).

Qualifications :

To join our team: 

• You have previous experience in a similar position (an asset).
• You are proficient in MS Office.
• You are organized responsible independent and resourceful.
• You are able to work effectively as part of a team.
