The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with the HR team and hiring managers while playing a key role in hiring the best talent for Equisoft that aligns with the company’s business strategic business goals.Your Day with EquisoftManage full-cycle recruitment from proactive sourcing and headhunting to onboarding, focusing on identifying and attracting high-quality candidatesAct as trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers on all types of talent needs, providing market insights and recruitment strategiesDevelop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with company goalsAct as a coach and mentor peers and more junior colleagues, sharing knowledgeThink strategically to bring forward innovative ideas and solutions to help achieve team and company goalsConsult with hiring managers and coach them throughout the recruitment lifecycle and:Receive new requisitions and validate its content to ensure Equisoft’s standards are metSource through traditional and creative methods to attract top talent, and use various talent search strategies to ensure needs are met timelyUnderstanding the technical requirements for various roles while being able to vet candidates' behavioral assessmentsSupport hiring managers in the interview process, as needed, and ensure interview cycles are completedObtain approval for compensation packages and initiate offer processEnsure all necessary documents and information have been gathered in a timely fashion and initiate onboarding processDevelop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, including leveraging online platforms, networking, and building talent pipelinesContribute to the improvement of processes and tools to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain accurate records of recruitment activitiesBe primary recruiter on several complex or niche roles and/or lead project development initiatives, while partnering closely with the Human Resources & Talent Manager on priorities, practices and continuous improvementOrganize recruitments events and develop effective and strategic partnershipsPromote the referral program, as well as internal postings as to increase internal mobilityBe an ambassador of Equisoft’s employer brand and values by actively building and supporting the candidates’ experience, supporting HR branding initiativesFacilitate onboarding of new team members and provide mentorship to team members when requiredMaintain an active LinkedIn presence and partner with Marketing to showcase Equisoft’s brand, culture and opportunities and engage talent communitiesStay at the forefront of new market trends in the field of expertiseRequirements10+ years of recruitment experience, as a headhunter in agency or the IT sector in a global and international contextExcellent knowledge English and French (spoken and written)Knowledge of Spanish is a strong assetProactivity, strong sense of organization and proven history of reaching and exceeding hiring targets (KPIs) while finding quality applicants in a timely mannerStrategic thinking when proposing attraction and recruitment solutions to managementStrong experience working with various ATS (Workday preferred)Collaborative and open-minded, with the ability to build trust and adapt your approach to a wide range of of stakeholders and working stylesYou lead by example, inspire confidence and bring out the best in othersOutgoing personality with confidence in finding, contacting and establishing relationships with potential and passive candidatesResilience and positivity when facing setbacks or unexpected challengesStrong sense of initiative, creativity and excellent knowledge of the latest recruitment technologies and strategiesAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
