Evening Warehouse Labourer

Our Evening Warehouse Laborer's are provided with the necessary training and resources to succeed in our industry. This includes superior in-house and on-site training by senior members of our crew.

Position Overview

As an Evening Warehouse Laborer member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for assisting with evening operations of the warehouse; including, but not limited to, the receiving, stocking, processing, reconditioning and distributing of products and materials.

The Role

· Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliance

· Maintain a clean and environmentally safe work area

· Perform physical duties which require standing, lifting and material handling

· Work in areas with exposure to dust, vibration, and noise

· Execute daily tasks while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)

· Operate hand tools, power tools and mobile equipment

· Evening shift (3:30pm-12:00am)

· Accommodate weekend work as required

Qualifications

· A positive attitude with a desire for ongoing learning

· Excellent communication skills and proven interpersonal abilities

· Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship

· Hold a Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record

· Must be bondable. All applicants will be subjected to a pre-employment/pre-access security background check

The following additional requirements will be considered an asset:

· Experience driving large vehicles with trailers

· Technical knowledge of process and plant equipment in a manufacturing environment

· Confined Space, Fall Protection, WHMIS, CSTS and /or First Aid Certification
