Construction Management Superintendent Position

Take charge of construction efforts as a General Superintendent with Kiewit Nuclear Solutions in Darlington, Ontario. Ensure project efficiency through effective supervision and planning. As a senior-level leader in the nuclear market, your main responsibilities will include coordinating construction schedules and maintaining high safety standards. Reporting to the Civil Director, you will manage essential relationships with subcontractors and oversee project compliance with company and industry standards. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce health and safety programs on-site
• Plan and supervise subcontractor work schedules and methods
• Maintain positive relationships with all project stakeholders
• Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings to ensure continuity
• Document safety and progress reports effectively

• 10+ years of experience in construction supervision required
• Technical diploma or equivalent training needed
• Familiarity with heavy concrete works and excavation preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential
• Comfortable in diverse working environments
