Job Responsibility:
: We are looking for a skilled Canva expert to join our team and assist our summer day camp in creating engaging and visually appealing marketing materials. As a Canva expert, you will work closely with our marketing team to design flyers, posters, social media graphics, and other promotional materials that effectively promote our camp programs and events.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the camp's brand identity and promotional goals.
- Create eye-catching designs using Canva for various marketing materials, including flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and email templates.
- Ensure all designs align with the camp's brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Modify and update existing designs as needed based on feedback and changes in camp programming.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continually improve the quality and impact of our marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience using Canva or similar graphic design tools to create professional-quality designs.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in creating marketing materials.
- Experience in the summer camp industry or similar educational/recreational settings (preferred but not required).
Additional Information:
- This position can be remote, with occasional meetings or check-ins as needed.
- Flexible hours based on project needs and deadlines.
