Here’s what you’ll deliver
- Sell and lease new vehicles in adherence to OMVIC rules.
- Provide exceptional service to visiting customers.
- Build long‑lasting relationships and repeat customers.
- Learn and maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer vehicles and rebate, finance and incentive programs.
- Keep abreast of new equipment, features and tools and recommend purchases.
- Account for all documents; ensure none are missing.
- Other duties as required by management.
What you need to succeed
- Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience.
- Customer service experience required.
- Strong customer relations skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills; digital and social media experience an asset.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and good driving record.
- Valid OMVIC license or willingness to attain OMVIC license.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.
- Conduct sales in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation (expected annual earnings): $50,000 - $80,000 per year. This is a 100% commission role with no base salary. The range reflects historical earnings; actual earnings vary based on performance.
Minimum earnings: Commission‑paid employees will be paid at least the applicable Ontario minimum wage for all hours worked. Any minimum‑wage top‑up may be reconciled quarterly.
