Senior Manager, Business Human Resources - Allergan Aesthetics (18 month contract)

AbbVie seeks a Senior Manager of Business Human Resources for an 18-month contract role supporting Allergan Aesthetics in Markham, Ontario. The position partners with business leaders to develop HR strategies, manage talent initiatives, and drive organizational effectiveness while maintaining employee engagement and performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic HR partner to business leadership and support implementation of people strategies
- Coach leaders on talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Design and execute talent attraction, development, and retention strategies aligned with business needs
- Coordinate with HR centers of excellence and service centers to deliver integrated programs
- Drive manager development and culture-building efforts focused on engagement and inclusion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of human resources experience
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and business acumen
- Project management or business experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Management experience in multinational environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
