Health Care Aide - Guaranteed Hours

We are seeking two dedicated Health Care Aides to support our team in a guaranteed-hours role. This is a permanent full-time position with a guaranteed 80 hours bi-weekly. The role requires flexibility to travel throughout Calgary and the surrounding areas to support client care needs. The successful candidate must be willing to work within a rotating schedule based on client and operational requirements which may include alternating weekends.

Education

Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker diploma, certificate, or equivalent (evidence required)

Attributes

Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English

French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle are required

Confirmation of active status with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA)

2 supervisory references

A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening

Proof of being negative for TB
