Federal Strategic Relationships Director at Securitas

Elevate Securitas’ impact in the federal market as the Director of Strategic Relationships. Utilize your skills in strategic account management and government insights to drive growth for Government of Canada clients. In this senior leadership role, you will develop and execute strategies for federal relationships and capture processes. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and performance while providing concise reporting to executives. Your experience in building trusted relationships will enhance Securitas' ability to secure federal opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute federal relationship strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams for quality outcomes
  • Build trusted senior-level stakeholder relationships
  • Analyze federal opportunity pipeline and market insights
  • Coordinate efforts for priority capture planning
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years in strategic account management
  • Proven track record in federal environments
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication with executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive long-term growth
