Junior Legal Counsel (gambling)

We are seeking a talented Junior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team.

To succeed in the role, you will have:

• 1+ year of experience (experience in gambling will be a plus)

• Knowledge of AML procedures is a big plus

• A keen eye for detail

• Excellent academic credentials in law

• Fast learner

• Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve different legal issues

• Hard-working, well-organized, and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under pressure

• Upper-Intermediate English (including legal drafting)

• Native or fluent Ukrainian

What will you be doing?

• Day-to-day legal support to the business, with a primary focus on contracts, NDAs, due diligence, employee-related legal matters, document compliance and legal operations

• Drafting and revising contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents

• Conducting compliance checks on partners

• Registering trade marks

• Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company’s jurisdictions of operations

• Assisting with implementing legal compliance across business operations (data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights, etc.)

• Communicating with business partners, law firms, and service providers from a variety of jurisdictions
