  • Implement efficient working processes and co -ordinate, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: administering accounts payable and receivable; processing, verifying and recording financial documents and forms; administering payrolls; processing, verifying and recording insurance claims and forms; and collecting user fees and payments on overdue accounts <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Examine and verify accuracy of work and authorize routine payments, credits and other transactions <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Establish work schedules and procedures and co -ordinate activities with other work units or departments <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Resolve work -related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Requisition supplies and materials <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • May perform the same duties as workers supervised. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements <\/h3>
    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Four years of experience in payroll processing required with two years in a supervisory or management role preferred. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Proficient with payroll software. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
