Dentalcorp Applications Administrator Role

Dentalcorp Health Services LTD.

Be a part of Dentalcorp's mission as an Applications Administrator in Toronto. You will manage critical enterprise applications like Salesforce and NetSuite, assuring performance and user satisfaction. In this role, you'll need 3-5 years of experience in administering enterprise systems. You will troubleshoot user issues, implement enhancements, and collaborate with vendors. Fostering strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is key to your success. Key Responsibilities:

Administer corporate systems, ensuring reliable user access
Address service requests and troubleshoot application issues
Support upgrades and manage release schedules effectively
Keep thorough documentation for configurations and workflows
Engage with stakeholders to improve enterprise applications

Requirements:

3-5 years experience in enterprise applications administration
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
Strong skills in troubleshooting and configuration management
Familiarity with ITIL and change management practices
Experience with multi-site healthcare applications is an asset
