SEO Specialist

Job Responsibility: About The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in search engine optimization who is ready to take ownership of projects, contribute to strategy execution, and drive measurable growth in organic visibility. As a mid-level individual contributor, the SEO Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices, optimize content, and analyze performance data to deliver results. Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize site architecture, metadata, and internal linking to ensure technical SEO health.
• Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to align SEO strategies with business goals.
• Monitor and report on key SEO metrics, communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in SEO, ideally in an in-house or agency setting.
• Proven track record of driving organic search growth.
• Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with major SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how websites are structured.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including content creators, developers, and designers.
• Knowledge of local SEO, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
• Exposure to A/B testing.
