Job Responsibility:
Wave Dentistry is a family owned and operated boutique office located in beautiful White Rock. We are a very team focused office that works closely with our staff to create a happy transparent and supportive environment. We are now ready to grow our team to help us enhance our patient service. We have a high value on creating positive patient experiences and we know it starts with our front desk team! Excellent training programs available to the right candidate.
You have at least 1 year xperience working at a dental office front desk. You are a patient centered person who values building relationships with patients and helping them achieve excellent oral health. Your have experience with insurance eligibility, treatment pre authorizations, treatment plan estimation and discussion and insurance billing. Your knowledge helps you create smooth booked day in the doctor and hygiene schedules and your customer service helps you keep the patients happy and educated. You strive to work with a team but can also work independently at the front desk. Using Cleardent software- full training provided
We offer a great schedule: M- F 9-5 with one Saturday a month 8-3.( open to discussion) We have a excellent benefits to take care our team. We offer a health spending account, dental benefits incl family benefits, parking, uniform allowance, continuing education benefit.
