Senior Support Analyst for Regulatory Reporting

Become a crucial part of Tundra Technical Solutions as a Senior Support Analyst, focusing on AxiomSL application support for regulatory reporting. This role emphasizes L2/L3 support and compliance with strict SLAs. In this role, you will leverage over 10 years of experience to support regulatory reporting processes, including FR 2052a and FR Y-15 reports. Collaborating closely with Regulatory Reporting and Treasury teams, you will manage daily production cycles and investigate data discrepancies. Your expertise in PL/SQL and relational databases will be essential for maintaining compliance and operational stability. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 application support for AxiomSL platform
• Monitor production cycles for key regulatory reports
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
• Support regulatory filing timelines with adherence to SLAs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with excellent communication skills
• 10+ years’ experience in banking support for AxiomSL
• Strong knowledge of FR 2052a and FR Y-15
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows environments
