Senior Warm Lead Sales Specialist
BeMo Academic Consulting Inc.
Turn warm student inquiries into enrollments as a Senior Sales Specialist with BeMo, using consultative sales and clear communication from home.
This experienced sales role focuses on prospective students who request conversations, not cold calls. You will explain BeMo products and services, convert qualified leads into paying students, and support current students when needed. The work also involves student records, online systems, Excel, and customer service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate prospective students through email, phone, and live chat
- Convert warm leads into paying students
- Support current students through multiple communication channels
- Maintain student acquisition and student records
- Improve customer support and sales procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of sales experience
- Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn tools
- Strong online research skills
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Availability for evening and weekend schedules
