Estate Settlements Operations Associate

Support estate settlements at CI Investment Services Inc. through financial transaction processing, documentation review, and advisor communication in an in-office model.

This Associate, Estate position manages administration and processing activities for deceased client accounts. You will verify information, process cash and securities movements, and respond to estate requests. The work includes coordinating with internal business units, communicating with financial advisors and third parties, and contributing to operational developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash and securities movements on deceased client accounts
• Complete incoming and outgoing EFTs and wires
• Review documentation, authorization, and transaction requests
• Manage Estate mailbox and CRM requests within established SLAs
• Participate in testing, cleanup reports, and departmental initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or job-related experience
• One to five years’ financial services experience preferred
• Administrative or operations experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
