Campus Recruitment Manager at Fidelity Canada

Drive campus recruitment and enrich student experiences as Fidelity Canada’s Manager of Campus and Student Experience, offering a hybrid work environment. Be a strategic leader in shaping talent acquisition initiatives. In this role, you will evolve the campus recruitment strategy and build meaningful connections with educational institutions. You will coach a dedicated team while implementing innovative programs to support students’ career development. This is your chance to make a significant impact on Fidelity’s future talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities:

Shape and enhance recruitment strategies across campuses
Coach and develop a performance-driven team
Cultivate partnerships with colleges and universities
Manage the Fidelity Student Program for engagement
Utilize student feedback to enhance experiences

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Leadership or management experience preferred
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent
Expertise in campus recruitment and talent programs
Exceptional interpersonal skills
