DashQ Financial Operations Specialist

DashQ

Become a Financial Operations Specialist at DashQ, focusing on maintaining financial integrity and accuracy. This hands-on role includes invoicing, expense tracking, and supporting month-end processes. Candidates with 2-3 years of finance experience will thrive in this role. You will collaborate with finance leadership and internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency and ensure accurate reporting. Your detail-oriented nature and comfort with numbers will be essential as you contribute to our financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

Support daily finance operations with attention to detail
Manage and track client invoicing and outstanding payments
Assist with cash flow monitoring and spend reporting
Support month-end closing and variance tracking
Collaborate with external accountants for compliance documentation

Requirements:

3-5 years relevant experience in financial operations
Experience with QuickBooks Online is necessary
Strong attention to detail and number management skills
Understanding of financial operations principles
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
