Billion-Dollar Tech Firm - Tax and Treasury Director
ROSS
Lead the tax and treasury functions as a Director for a top billion-dollar technology enterprise operating in Canada and the U.S. This role is perfect for a tax compliance expert with treasury experience. You will be responsible for supervising tax compliance, cash forecasting, and optimizing capital structures, while also managing a dedicated team. Your role will involve developing tax strategies and managing debt and foreign exchange risks essential for growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation of 50 sales tax returns monthly
- Oversee federal and provincial/state income tax filings
- Implement tax planning and transfer pricing strategies
- Develop cash forecasting models to meet financial goals
- Coordinate hedging strategies for foreign exchange risks
- University degree; CA highly preferred
- 5-10 years of post-designation experience
- Knowledge in Canadian and U.S. income taxes
- Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise
- Effective communication and organization skills
