We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic
CCA's to join our Ivy Meadows team!
Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized CCA program.
- Provincial CCA certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, families, visitors, and coworkers.
- Good organizational skills and a strong customer service (client/ family) focus are required.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to attend work on a regular and consistent basis according to the Northwood Corporate Standards.
- Demonstrated use of proper body mechanics and ability to perform heavy lifting.
- Knowledge of / experience working in a team-based, person-centered approach to care.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities: As per the CCA job description.
Salary /Benefits: CUPE Collective Agreement
Effective: September 4th 2026
Hours of Work: 32 hours biweekly (8 hour shifts)
