In this critical full-time role, you will lead the finance function at Mecka AI, focusing on innovative systems and compliance across our international operations. Your expertise will be vital in navigating complex financial landscapes, collaborating with external advisors and the leadership team to guarantee the integrity of our financial systems amidst rapid growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly and yearly financial closing processes
- Manage compliance with US GAAP and international tax laws
- Build and enhance financial controls and reporting systems
- Coordinate with auditors for annual financial reviews
- Facilitate financial strategy development with leadership
- Current US CPA designation required
- Significant experience in finance operations and leadership
- Proven success in multi-jurisdiction finance management
- Strong knowledge of international tax frameworks
- Experience dealing with external financial partners
