Sales Consultant

Position Summary:
Tunnel Vision Optical is looking for a confident, customer-focused retail professional who knows how to create a great shopping experience, build trust quickly, and help customers choose products that fit their needs, style, and budget. In this role, you will use your retail sales experience to guide customers through eyewear selections with warmth, product knowledge, and a consultative approach.

What you will do:
Deliver an outstanding retail experience by greeting customers warmly, asking the right questions, recommending eyewear options, and helping customers feel confident in their purchase decisions.
Maintain a professional, organized, and inviting retail environment while supporting a team focused on repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer relationships.
Use strong retail habits including active listening, product presentation, follow-up, attention to detail, and comfort working toward sales and service goals.

What we are looking for:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong retail experience in a customer-facing sales or service role
Confidence using technology, point-of-sale systems, computers, and customer records
Previous optical, eyewear, fashion, jewelry, beauty, or specialty retail experience is strongly preferred
A natural ability to connect with customers, build trust, and provide thoughtful recommendations
A polished, dependable, team-oriented approach with pride in service quality and store presentation
