Department Manager at Your Independent Grocer

Lead your team towards excellence at Your Independent Grocer as a Department Manager. Drive sales, enhance productivity, and uphold high operational standards within your community-focused store. We seek a passionate Department Manager who excels in coaching and motivating colleagues. You will maintain merchandising standards, oversee departmental financial objectives, and scout for top talent to build a winning team. Coach and motivate team members to enhance performance
Ensure compliance with operational and merchandising standards
Manage financial objectives for department success

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail leadership and customer service
Strong commitment to team collaboration and engagement
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiarity with sustainability and community initiatives
Ability to pass a criminal background check
