Senior AI Governance Product Manager
Skillhub Solutions Inc.
Lead AI governance and compliance products in Toronto with Royal Bank of Canada, applying product strategy and technical stakeholder management.
As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will support Enterprise Architecture and the AI-Powered Software Delivery initiative. You will own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for capabilities modernizing enterprise software delivery with AI. The work requires cross-functional collaboration, prioritization, and responsible AI awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set product direction for AI-powered software delivery capabilities
- Maintain outcome-driven roadmaps and track product success measures
- Partner with engineering and Enterprise Architecture on delivery sequencing
- Align risk, compliance, delivery, and leadership stakeholders
- Manage planning, launches, communications, guides, and enablement
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of product management experience
- Experience owning products through strategy, launch, and iteration
- Technical cross-functional experience defining product vision and roadmaps
- Strong communication, prioritization, and data-informed decision-making skills
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and responsible AI considerations
