We are looking for a professional, personable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Steeles Corners branch and support our Personal & Commercial Lines team.

The Role

You will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing excellent service and assisting with the day-to-day servicing of insurance accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer client calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Assist clients with Personal and Commercial Lines insurance inquiries.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and other routine transactions.
• Prepare certificates, policy documents, and client correspondence.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the BMS.
• Communicate with insurance companies to process requests and resolve client concerns.
• Work closely with brokers and contribute to an exceptional client experience.

What We're Looking For

• Active RIBO license is highly preferred.
• Previous Personal or Commercial Lines insurance experience is a strong asset.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in insurance, banking, retail, hospitality, call centre, or similar environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, dual monitors, and multiple applications.
• BMS experience is an asset.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time in our Vaughan office.
