Technical Support Engineer at Quectel

Join Quectel as a Technical Support Engineer, specializing in customer integration of state-of-the-art wireless technologies. Provide hands-on support and training across North America. As part of your role, you'll assist with technical integration of Quectel's comprehensive wireless solutions, including 5G and LTE. You'll provide essential training, respond to customer inquiries, and develop effective demonstration applications. Your expertise will help gather key insights, driving product enhancements and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support for Quectel's wireless product line
- Conduct training sessions for customers on-site
- Develop applications to assist in product evaluation
- Respond to technical queries with quick solutions
- Keep detailed records of support activities
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- At least three years of experience in embedded design
- Solid knowledge of wireless communication systems
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Must travel as needed for customer support
