Controls Engineer with Saltworks

As a Controls Engineer at Saltworks, you'll engage in cutting-edge automation systems for water treatment. Your focus will be on design, installation support, and system testing. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering, along with 5 to 8 years of designing and implementing automation solutions. You’ll work closely with Process-Control Engineers to ensure seamless system integration and troubleshooting. This role provides the chance to travel to installations and directly interact with clients during commissioning phases. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate necessary control documents and diagrams
• Deliver comprehensive automation systems for projects
• Facilitate user-friendly simulations and testing procedures
• Support equipment troubleshooting and commissioning
• Work with vendor integrations using industry protocols

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in relevant field
• Professional Engineer registration desired
• Experience with automation systems design
• Proficiency in PLC programming and debugging
• Strong troubleshooting abilities under pressure
