Nanny Wanted - Occasional Babysitter Needed For Sweet, Energetic 4 Year Old - East Toronto

Hi! I’m a solo mum looking for a warm, reliable and flexible babysitter for my four-year-old son in the Upper Beaches/East York area. This is an occasional position rather than a regular weekly schedule. Some shifts would be daytime care when he is home from school with a minor illness, sometimes with fairly short notice. Others would be planned evening shifts during busy periods at work, potentially including aftercare pickup, playtime, light dinner preparation, bath and bedtime. I’m hoping to find someone who:

• Is warm, patient and confident with young children
• Has some daytime and evening flexibility
• Is comfortable caring for a child with a mild illness
• Has childcare experience and references
• Has current First Aid/CPR training, or is willing to obtain it
• Can commit to being dependable once a shift has been arranged

This could be a great fit for a university student, someone semi-retired, or an experienced caregiver looking for occasional additional work. I completely understand that an occasional arrangement means availability may not always align—I’m hoping to build a relationship with someone my son can get to know and feel comfortable with over time.
