We bring together Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Registered Acupuncturists, Rehabilitation Assistants, and Counsellors under one collaborative practice, all powered by a shared commitment to meaningful, unhurried treatment. Position Overview

Chipperfield Mobile Physio & Wellness is seeking a Registered Physiotherapist to deliver exceptional, one-on-one care across the Lower Mainland. This is a high-autonomy clinical role with the flexibility to build a full-time or part-time caseload, focused on individualized treatment, genuine therapeutic relationships, and evidence-informed practice across a wide range of specializations.

You'll work as part of a close-knit, interdisciplinary team while managing your own schedule and caseload in the community. This includes designing and adapting personalized treatment plans, documenting care through our practice management platform, and contributing to a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Client-Centered Care Delivery: Provide one-on-one physiotherapy sessions in clients' homes and residential settings, with no double bookings. Each session is yours to lead with full clinical judgment and unhurried focus.
• Individualized Treatment Planning: Design, implement, and continuously adapt evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, goals, and living environment, whether orthopaedic, neurological, pediatric, or otherwise.
• Clinical Documentation: Record session notes and track client progress accurately and efficiently in Jane, our practice management platform, ensuring continuity of care across the team.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with our broader team of Kinesiologists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Acupuncturists, Rehabilitation Assistants, and Counsellors to coordinate holistic care and share clinical insight.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful, lasting therapeutic relationships with clients and their families. In mobile care, trust and familiarity are foundational. Our clients know their practitioner by name, not by referral number.
• Caseload Management: Manage your own scheduling, geographic coverage, and caseload volume with autonomy and accountability, supported by administrative and billing infrastructure from the Chipperfield team.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning through in-house mentorship, paid shadowing, and inter-team knowledge-sharing sessions. Growth here is active, not incidental.

Qualifications

• Registration: Active registration and good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC).
• Clinical Experience: Demonstrated competency in physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning, and outcome measurement across one or more areas of specialization.
• Specialization: Proficiency in at least one clinical domain, including but not limited to orthopaedics, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, or chronic pain management.
• Communication: Clear, compassionate communication with clients, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues across diverse care environments.
• Independent Practice: Comfortable managing your own caseload and daily schedule with minimal supervision, while remaining fully integrated with the broader team.
• Documentation: Familiarity with digital practice management platforms; experience with Jane or similar systems is an asset.
• Adaptability: Ability to assess and treat effectively in variable home and community environments, adjusting clinical approach to context and client circumstance.
• Professional Values: A genuine commitment to evidence-based, client-centered practice and to the ongoing development of your clinical skillset.

Nice to Haves

• Prior experience in mobile, community-based, or home-health physiotherapy settings.
• Background working with aging populations, complex neurological presentations, or post-acute rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with the Lower Mainland geography and experience managing a geographically distributed caseload.
• Openness to mentorship responsibilities as you grow into a senior clinical role within the practice.

Compensation

• Total Compensation: Competitive earnings ranging from $55,000-$145,000 per year, scaled to hours worked and caseload volume, with above-market fee splits and performance bonuses.
• Signing Bonus: $1,000 signing bonus upon joining the team.

• Administrative Support: Billing, scheduling infrastructure, and platform support (Slack, Jane, Notion) provided so you can focus on clinical work.
