We're looking for a driven, resourceful Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with Operations leaders to deliver hiring solutions across a variety of security contracts. Success in this role comes from staying ahead of hiring demand, building strong talent pipelines, and creating an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to first day.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000–$52,000 annually

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with Operations Managers to understand workforce requirements, hiring priorities, and upcoming staffing needs.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple business units.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Represent Securiguard at career fairs, community events, and recruitment initiatives.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Job Bank, employee referrals, and additional sourcing platforms to identify qualified talent.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment metrics within our Applicant Tracking System.
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience while supporting hiring managers with timely recruitment updates.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience recruiting for frontline or hourly positions is considered an asset.
• Security industry recruitment experience is an asset but not required.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is an asset.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build quality candidate pipelines.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
