Recruitment Specialist (temp

Our partner, a Global company in the transportation and logistics sector with a high volume of upcoming hires, is looking for their next colleague to join their talent acquisition team. The role is focused on operational recruitment within a warehouse / supply chain environment.
Job Type: Temporary contract for a 5-month period (possibility of extension)
Location: Remote (In-person training)
Fully remote work
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for warehouse and logistics positions
- Conduct mass recruitment (high volume, continuous)
- Utilize ADP software
- Maintain and update data in Excel (an essential daily tool)
- Participate in improving recruitment processes
3 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume recruitment
- Experience in a supply chain, warehouse, or transportation environment is an asset
- Academic background in HR (Human Resources) is an asset
