About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Content and Discovery Program Manager to help operationalize and scale Client's Small Business content and discovery strategy across AI-driven and traditional search experiences. Working closely with the Small Business Content Lead, Organic Growth team and Product partners, this person will identify high-priority customer questions, coordinate content development, distribution, and measurement efforts that help improve Client's visibility, authority, and citation presence across priority small‑business topics. They will identify key information gaps, help develop and operationalize cross‑platform distribution strategies and publishing workflows, and help optimize structured content so AI models regularly cite and reference Client in small business queries ("how to grow a small business," "best AI tools for SMBs").

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Visibility Audits & Tracking: Work with the Web team and their agency partner (Profound) to establish baseline benchmarks and monitor how frequently and accurately major LLMs cite our brand across priority small business queries. Identify citation gaps and track share‑of‑voice over time.
• Content Structuring & Optimization: Collaborate with our Product Partners and Small Business Content Lead to source and restructure existing content and assets for optimal extraction and indexing by AI crawlers.
• Client Flagship Distribution: Coordinate with Flagship product teams to operationalize content publishing and distribution approaches that increase visibility of priority Small Business topics across Client surfaces. Develop scalable workflows for content creation, review, publishing, and measurement.
• Content Operations & Program Management: Establish and manage the operating model required to scale Small Business discovery content, including intake, prioritization, review, publishing coordination, stakeholder alignment, performance reporting, and continuous optimization.

Basic Qualifications:

• years’ experience with content strategy, SEO, AI Search/GEO principles, discoverability, cross‑channel content distribution, and authority‑building programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical SEO & Schema Knowledge: Deep understanding of structured data (JSON-LD), crawlability, entity‑based search, and semantic indexing.
• Cross‑Functional Product Collaboration: Experience partnering with product managers, engineering teams, or technical stakeholders to deploy scalable distribution frameworks or content features on major web platforms.
• Strategic Content Distribution: Expertise in off‑site content strategy, community‑driven SEO (Reddit, Quora, industry platforms), and understanding search engines and LLMs source and reference web content.
• Analytics & Tooling: Familiarity with AI visibility monitoring frameworks, prompt tracking tools, and modern SEO analytics suites.
