Associate Director, Programmatic Strategy

Join Omnicom Media Canada as an Associate Director focused on programmatic media strategies. Collaborate with teams to execute impactful campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations in a flexible work model. As part of KINESSO’s client success initiatives, you will lead a skilled team in executing complex programmatic campaigns. Your depth of knowledge in digital media and strong analytical skills will be crucial for optimizing performance and achieving client KPIs. You’ll also play a vital role in troubleshooting and enhancing processes within your team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead programmatic campaign management and execution
- Optimize campaigns against client goals and KPIs
- Advise agency partners on effective strategies
- Proactively manage potential campaign issues
- Create comprehensive reports to track campaign performance
- Background in digital marketing or programmatic
- Knowledge of campaign management and analytics tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis
- Proven ability to develop team skills and capabilities
