Field Sales Specialist at UW Mississauga - Drive Growth and Unleash Your Sales Potential

What You'll Do:
- Drive sales growth by managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, generating leads, presenting products/services, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs and deliver outstanding results
- Build strong relationships with customers , ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals
- Increase market share by identifying new sales opportunities, building a pipeline, and developing creative sales strategies to expand customer bases
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, sharing insights and strategies to improve overall performance
- Stay ahead of industry trends and client needs to offer relevant and innovative solutions that keep you ahead of the competition
- Actively listen to clients and use product knowledge to provide value-driven solutions that meet their objectives and solve challenges
- Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling inquiries, concerns, and issues to ensure positive client experiences
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer insights and market trends to refine sales strategies

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent); Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Full-time availability with a strong commitment to your sales career
- Access to a vehicle (preferred)
