In-Home Care Provider

• Provide Companionship: Engage with clients through meaningful conversation, hobbies, meal preparation, and social interaction -level 1
• Assist with Daily Living (ADLs): Help with diet monitoring, walking, personal hygiene care, and other essential daily activities -level 2
• Deliver Non-Medical Care: Support clients with normal aging challenges and hospital recovery needs -levels as assessed LPN, RN as required
• Follow & Advise on Care Plans: Adhere to our client's designated care plans and provide accurate updates as changes are observed
• Meal & Home Support: Assist with basic meal preparation and light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe environment

• Credentials: level 2 or above Valid CCA or LPN, RN license (as applicable to role)
