Hatch is seeking a Finance Student to join our team and gain hands-on experience in corporate finance operations. This role provides exposure to ERP systems and opportunities to develop analytical, reporting, and process improvement skills. Reporting to the Corporate Finance group, you will support offices globally working from our Mississauga office location.

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing and portal uploads.
• Support vendor invoice reviews and payment processing.
• Prepare tax-related documentation and assist with compliance activities.
• Contribute to internal controls and process documentation.
• Help with financial reporting, reconciliations, and data clean-up in ERP systems.
• Participate in ad hoc projects related to finance process improvements, data analysis, and reporting initiatives.

You bring to the role:

• 3rd or 4th year student in Business, Accounting, Finance from an accredited university.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills.

• Good understanding of engineering and business fundamentals as they apply to engineering problems and projects.

Compensation:

Range: $24.00 - $27.00

At Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In accordance with legislated pay transparency requirements, the expected salary range for this position is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness.

Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and location. In addition to base pay, our total rewards package may include performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and other programs designed to support your well-being and growth.
