General Manager

Overview

Boston Pizza Cranbrook is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our high-volume restaurant and sports bar.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience as General Manager in sit-down full-service dining and lounge/bar operations.
• Proven ability to run a large team of 58-65 employees with 24+ staff on the floor at once.
• Strong leadership in both Front of House and Kitchen operations.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• They are the leader of the restaurant overseeing both Front of House and Heart of House operations, ensuring both work together as one.
• Leads by example and works alongside their team members.
• Achieves goals through strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Builds relationships by finding common ground and working cohesively with all team members.
• Committed to championing Foundations of Hospitality, Heart of Hospitality, Boston Pizza's Brand Standards and Food Safety.
• Effectively communicates, sharing goals, challenges and is continuously coaching the team on ways to progress.
• Maintains composure and thrives in a fast pace environment.

Salary

CAD $37.00 per hour.
