Production Tier IV Supervisor

Bourgault Industries is looking for an Accounts Payable Team Member to join our Finance team in St. Brieux. The successful candidate will perform general accounts payable duties, including coding, posting and paying invoices for a selected group of suppliers. This includes data entry, documentation, interaction with vendors, and creation of internal and external reports.

Responsibilities:
-provide leadership to team members including one on ones
- guide team members on how to work safely and advise VSL or major concerns
- Assign work to team members, taking into account each individuals abilities
- Organize the work by ensuring that the materials, tooling and equipment necessary to do the job are in place
- Work with team members to follow proper standard work methods
- Train team members on all required processes
-Perform hands on duties when time permits
- Assist the VSL with planning for future production requirements
