Senior Flight Control Engineer Position

Advance your career as a Senior Flight Control Engineer specializing in Flight Control Laws for Fly-By-Wire aircraft. Utilize your expertise in MATLAB, Simulink, and C++ for innovative solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled engineer with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, preferably a PhD. With a minimum of 10 years of experience, the role emphasizes flight dynamics, aerodynamics, and control systems design. Your contributions will support the assessment of CLaws and integrate systems efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Flight Control Laws and assessment tools
- Support autopilot and navigation design for R&D projects
- Validate and verify CLaws requirements for updates
- Conduct evaluations using desktop simulations and flight data
- Integrate CLaws into various test rigs for hardware coordination
- 10+ years in Flight Control Laws development
- Strong MATLAB/Simulink and C++ proficiency
- Expertise in control systems design, SISO/MIMO
- Knowledge of DO-178B and aerospace standards
- Fluent in French and English, team-oriented approach
