specializing in turf and commercial construction equipment, you’ll

Keep the Machines Running: <\/b> Utilize advanced tools and
diagnostic technology to repair and maintain a wide range of
equipment including handheld products, walk -behind equipment,
riding lawn mowers, commercial lawn mowers, compact tractors, skid steers, stand -alone gasoline/diesel engines, and grain moving equipment.

<\/p>

Preventative Maintenance: <\/b> Perform routine inspections and
maintenance to prevent downtime and optimize equipment
performance, especially when it's needed most.
<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Tech -Savvy: <\/b> Use specialized programs to access digital
manuals, run diagnostics, and perform precise repairs and upgrades
on a variety of equipment brands.
<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Team Collaboration: <\/b> Work alongside a skilled, supportive
team, sharing knowledge and tackling complex technical issues together. <\/span>

Requirements <\/h3>

Education: <\/b> Minimum 2nd year Apprentice Automotive or Agricultural Service Technician preferred. Journeyperson Certificate is an asset. <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Experience: <\/b>3+ years in automotive, power sports, and
small engine (gas and diesel)<\/span><\/span> repair. Previous John Deere turf, grounds care,
and/or commercial construction equipment experience is an asset. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Technical Skills: <\/b> Proficiency in computer -based
diagnostic tools, electrical systems, engine theory/diagnostics (gas and diesel) an asset, engine repair (gas and diesel), engine repair, and inspections. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>

People -Focused: <\/b> Team player with a friendly,
professional attitude and focus on customer service. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Soft Skills: <\/b> Attention to Detail, strong time
management, ability to work independently, and adaptability. <\/span>

Physical Capability: <\/b> Ability to lift, carry, push, and
pull up to 50 lbs with long periods of standing and walking. <\/span>

Valid Driver's License: <\/b> You'll need this and a
clean driver's abstract for work -related travel. <\/span><\/span>
