What you will be doing:  

As a Dishwasher at Carmen’s Group, you’ll play an essential behind-the-scenes role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Your commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and teamwork helps ensure our culinary team has everything they need to deliver exceptional dining experiences to every guest.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

• Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools using an industrial dishwasher or by hand
• Ensuring all items are properly cleaned, dried, and returned to their designated storage locations
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces and equipment
• Removing waste and recycling while ensuring workspaces and storage areas remain clean and organized
• Reporting damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, or low inventory to the Executive Chef
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Working collaboratively with the culinary team and taking direction from the Executive Chef
• Other duties as assigned to support efficient kitchen operations

Your Ingredients to Success  

 

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to support the team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment
• Ability to work independently and part of a team with minimal supervision
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and operational needs
• Previous experience in dishwashing or cleaning is considered an asset
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation required
• Flexible availability to work weekdays during daytime hours is required
