DC Team Leader- FT Inbound (3rd Shift)

DC Team Leader Leads a high-performing DC team to ensure daily operational excellence, focusing on team development, compliance, and continuous improvement to support customer satisfaction and business goals

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Strategic & Operational Leadership - Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate flow of goods across inbound, outbound, returns, VAS, and inventory functions.

• People Management & Team Development - Lead, coach, and support team members to develop skillset, improve performance and retain a high-performing workforce. Build a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment where team members feel seen, heard, and valued. Drive engagement and promote accountability through clear expectations and feedback in a fair and consistent manner. Support and apply HR best practices and policies eg fair performance management and conflict resolution

• Workforce Strategy & Planning - Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning based on capacity needs.

• Coordination & Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with internal teams to align on daily priorities and support service targets.

• Process & Workflow Optimization - Maintain operational standards, drive simplification, and identify opportunities for improvement through data, feedback, and collaboration.

• Compliance, Risk & Governance - Ensure accurate system transactions and inventory integrity through routine counts, audits, and investigations.

•Delivers high-quality end to end processes with attention to product care, inventory accuracy, and operational KPIs. Understands the garment flow of their department taking ownership to secure service level and product integrity.

•Tackles daily challenges with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to workflow management. Analyses root causes and identifies improvement areas in productivity, process flow, and system use.

•Coaches team members to build technical and operational skills, creating a high-performing, knowledgeable team. Encourages peer learning and supports others in understanding systems and logistics standards. Takes responsibility for operational performance by ensuring team alignment with KPIs and routines, can consistently follows through on daily targets.

•Embraces change with a positive, can-do attitude, continuously seeking improvements and solutions n operational ways of working. Encourages flexibility and learning to adapt to new tools, flows, and business needs.

•Understands HR routines, progressive discipline and employee relations principles to support a fair, compliant, and respectful workplace. Foster a culture of diversity, trust, openness, and inclusion in an empathetic, proactive and positive manner.
