Territory Manager THV - Prairies

Territory Manager at Edwards Lifesciences drives sales growth and market expansion of THV therapies in Western Canada. The role combines strategic account management, clinical expertise, and market development to increase patient access and therapy adoption across assigned territories in Alberta.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve regional sales objectives
- Build relationships with physicians, administrators, and key decision-makers to drive therapy adoption
- Identify opportunities to increase patient referrals and procedural volumes
- Partner with internal teams to execute growth initiatives and remove adoption barriers
- Develop value-based business cases and strategic presentations for stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven track record driving sales growth through strategic account management
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, referral networks, and patient access
- Experience influencing diverse stakeholders including clinicians and executives
- Business acumen with ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
- Consultative selling and negotiation skills in complex healthcare environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to create new opportunities
Compensation: $92,000–$133,000 base (depending on qualifications and experience)
