Your role will involve refining messaging frameworks while driving content strategies to boost user engagement and meet key business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Write and refine messaging for email and web
- Collaborate with teams across the organization
- Develop scalable content templates and standards
- Analyze performance metrics and iterate on content
- Advocate for a content-first approach in product design
- 2+ years in copywriting or content design
- Strong collaboration skills across functions
- Experience with email, web, and in-app messaging
- Familiar with UX writing principles and best practices
- Self-starter able to manage multiple projects
